Here's a great and nutritious and very easy
vegetarian recipe for you to try...
Method:

Break asparagus into pieces 2 inches long, place in
saucepan with oil,
season.

Add
garlic section or grated onion and warm quickly
over low heat for about two minutes.

Serve
drizzled with a dash of olive oil as a side dish of some
mashed potatoes and tofu steaks.
