Vegetarian Recipe: 'Tomato
Corn Surprise'
Here's a great and nutritious and very easy
vegetarian recipe for you to try...
* Tomato Corn Surprise*
Ingredients:
4 tomatoes, quartered
1 cup corn, cut off cob
2 scallions, cut
½ green pepper,
chopped Olive oil
½ teaspoon coarse salt ¼ teaspoon red crushed
pepper, or fresh red pepper
Cooking
Method:
Add tomatoes and corn to the already seared onion and peppers
in a fry pan.
Next add the seasonings and warm over a low heat for 2
minutes.
This vegetarian recipe is a pleasant
variation from any of the usual tomato recipes you may
find out there.
(Contains cellulose,
good for elimination. The incompleteness of protein in corn is
overcome by the tomato)
